针对包钢初轧厂精整车间钢吊车梁上部区域出现裂缝这一问题，本文首先综述了国内外关于焊接钢吊车梁上部区域疲劳裂缝的研究现状；其次对整个吊车梁系统的外观情况(包括连接、裂缝、腐蚀、锈蚀、制动杆件断裂、吊车啃轨等)进行了现场调查，抽样实测了梁的应力、化学成分、变形及轨道偏移等，根据实测结果，对吊车梁系统的承载能力进行了验算；然后，根据现场调查及计算结果，探讨了焊接钢吊车梁上部区域疲劳破坏的机理，分析了重级工作制钢吊车梁出现疲劳裂缝的原因，制定了初轧厂精整车间破损钢吊车梁的加固方案；最后就重级工作制钢吊车梁上部区域出现疲劳裂缝的修复与加固方案提出了一些意见和建议。 |
